Each pitch entitles you to 1 free support vehicle, additional vehicles will be chargable at £ 20.00.

In order to ensure that you have a smooth check-in, please tell us who will be part of your stall including children (aged 5 to 15) so we can issue the passes to the correct people.

Each Pitch allows up to 2 free adult passes and up to 2 free Children, additional passes will be charged at the rate of £30 Per Adult and £15 Per Child.

Terms of Registration

By clicking Confirm Booking below you agree that:

  • Sub-letting pitches to other traders is NOT permitted.
  • All vehicles will remain on site for all 3 days of the show.
  • Not all facilities may be onsite from Thursday and some may remain on Monday.
  • All vehicles that you bring will be covered for off-road third-party liability for the duration of the event.
  • The event & its agents can accept no liability for any loss, damage or injury howsoever sustained during the event.
  • You & your party (as per booking), agree to abide by the rules of the event and show site.
  • You & your party (as per booking), agree to obey instructions of the Marshalls & Security teams on site.
  • You understand that all vehicles must display a valid pass at all times & understand that they may be removed from site if not complied with.
  • All support vehicles will be parked in the designated parking area(s).
  • You confirm that all firearms, weapons that you display will comply with current British Law.
  • You will have a working fire extinguisher on your pitch.
  • Your pitch is for your trading and is sub-letting is NOT permitted.

Once you click the "Confirm Booking" button you will have a new account generated on our bookings system using the email address and password you provided, if there is any fee to pay, you will be prompted for your card details to complete the booking process.
